Meet the Team

Mark Futter
Chief Executive

Mark joined Hutt Valley Chamber in June 2013.  His career spans various senior management, economic development, and sales and marketing roles in local and international businesses. He thinks that the Chamber has a great team comprising of board, staff and members and he enjoys working as part of it.

Mark is the Chamber’s in-house business advisor and is available to talk to members about their business needs.  He is passionate about helping businesses succeed and sees the Chamber as a fantastic tool for businesses in creating networks, advocacy, training and developing working partnerships/relationships.

Mark is known for his energetic approach and enthusiasm as a business professional who gets things done. When he’s not at work Mark’s interests are family, property, travel and sports.

Anna Geremia-Young
Manager - Membership, Partnerships & Sponsorship

Anna joined the Hutt Chamber in March 2006 and thoroughly enjoys working at the Chamber as the Membership Manager. Anna is always interested and enthusiastic in visiting and meeting with the wide variety of businesses in the region. Anna values the long term relationships with members and can discuss the many opportunities and benefits that the Chamber can offer them. Prior to this Anna had been in the financial markets as well as IT software companies, in marketing, training, product and management roles.

In 2011 Anna was named as a finalist in the Wellington Regional Her Businesswoman of the Year Awards in the Outstanding Professional Service category.

Anna is married and has two teenage girls and a cute dog called Toffee. She lives in Lower Hutt and likes the lifestyle the Hutt offers her family.  Outside of work Anna enjoys walking up hills, trying to master golf, art, gardening, cooking, spending time chilling with family and friends, travel, reading and teaching Italian.

Donna Rufer
Membership Services

Donna is our friendly receptionist who will help you register for events, book meeting rooms and send you membership packs and vouchers. She joined the Chamber in 2012 and really enjoys attending functions and meeting members.

At home Donna enjoys spending time with her teenage boys.  She loves entertaining, really enjoys cooking and likes to keep fit with squash, Pilates, walking and running.

Kimberley Wadsworth
Manager - Events, Learning & Development

Kimberley joined the Chamber in September 2012. She looks after the events at the Chamber such as the Business After Five, breakfast & lunch events, Golf Day, Wellington Region Hall of Fame and Wellington Region Business Excellence Awards. She coordinates the learning and development at the Chamber.

When she is not at work, Kimberley enjoys relaxing at home, spending time with friends and family, gardening, exercising and traveling.

Jo Forman
Employment Placement Service Manager

Jo has been working with the Chamber in varied roles since 2004.  She is currently working on the HVCC’s no cost recruitment service, helping to match local job seekers with local jobs.  Call Jo anytime if you have part or full time work available, or could offer some work experience.

Lynda Robertson
Office Manager

Lynda joined the team in November 2015 as Office Manager. Her role includes managing the quarterly Newsletter and accounts as well as assisting to keep the office running smoothly.

Lynda spends most of her spare time with her family of 6 children. On the weekends she can be found on the side-lines of their varied sports cheering them on. Her interests include gardening, fishing, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
